System: Round Robin around.
Reflection time: 15 minutes per player for the entire game.
Registration: $ 20 per player.

RUNOFF SYSTEMS:
• By first position:
If tie for first place between two players, a match made in 4 games with the same rhythm of the tournament.
In case of a tie for first place among more than two players, will hold a mini tournament, round robin, with the same rhythm of the tournament. If the players continue tie, then will repeat the same system but with 5 minutes to finish.
Runoff from the other positions:
The tiebreaker system for positions other than first will be the Berger system.
